Einerseits richten sie sich an jene jungen Menschen, die durch reguläre Maßnahmen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe nicht mehr erreicht werden können und sollen somit den individuellen Bedarfen junger Menschen nachkommen. Andererseits zeichnen sich Intensivmaßnahmen durch einen stark repressiven Zugriff auf junge Menschen aus und folgen scheinbar der Logik einer immer ein bisschen engeren und exklusiveren Maßnahme. In diesem Zugriff auf junge Menschen wird jedoch ein Spannungsfeld sichtbar, welches sich zwischen pädagogischen Standards wie dem Aufbau einer tragfähigen auf Freiwilligkeit beruhenden pädagogischen Beziehung einerseits und gesellschaftspolitischen Forderungen nach einer repressiven Normverdeutlichung andererseits aufspannt. In der empirischen Analyse wird dieses Spannungsfeld aus der Perspektive der jungen Menschen in den Blick genommen und der Frage nachgegangen, inwiefern Intensivmaßnahmen für die jungen Menschen zu Erziehungsorten werden können. Book SynopsisAusgangspunkt dieser Arbeit ist die Frage, welche Geschlechterkonstruktionen Erzieher in Kindertageseinrichtungen (Kitas) haben und inwieweit diese Einfluss auf die pädagogischen Handlungen der Fachkräfte im Alltag nehmen. Dabei richtet sich der Blick zum einen auf die individuellen Vorstellungen der Erzieher von Geschlecht, zum anderen auf deren Wissen um eine geschlechterbewusste Pädagogik und wie sie sich zu einer solchen positionieren. Begründet wird die Fragestellung durch die in den vergangenen Jahren kontinuierlich gestiegene fachliche und politische sowie medial-öffentliche Aufmerksamkeit des Arbeitsfeldes und damit auch der dort agierenden (männlichen) Fachkräfte. Mit der gestiegenen Wahrnehmung geht eine qualitative wie quantitative Zunahme von Anforderungen einher.
