Delivery
UK Orders
Book Curl offers free standard delivery on all UK orders.
Please check despatch times for each product on the product details page.
Delivery is with a tracked delivery service and usually takes 2-3 working days after despatch.
International Orders
Book Curl offers international delivery for a surcharge per order:
- EU countries (£14.95)
- USA and Canada (£19.95)
- Australia and New Zealand (£19.95)

Delivery is with a tracked delivery service and the delivery times vary based on country. These times are once the item has been despatched.
- EU countries (3-10 days)
- USA and Canada (6-10 days)
- Australia and New Zealand (8-10 days)
This is for an order weighing up to 1kg. For larger orders please contact us for a price.
Delivery and Tracking
All Book Curl orders are tracked to delivery so you can be sure when your order has been delivered.
Please check your order despatch email or account for tracking details.
We will always try to send your order in as few packages as possible. However sometimes we send your items separately. This will be clearly displayed in your account
Why do some books take longer to despatch than others?
Some books are held in stock for immediate despatch
However to allow us to offer such a wide range of titles we might source your books from a publisher or supplier directly, and this can take a few days.
Some books might be printed on demand just for your order.
The usual time for despatch is marked clearly on every product page.
Express Delivery
Some items are available for UK Express Delivery. This will be clearly marked on the product page and in checkout.
Express delivery orders are usually delivered the following working day, for orders placed before midday. For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the order will usually be delivered in two working days.
Express Delivery orders are charged at an additional £4.95 per order.

All Book Curl orders are tracked to delivery so you can be sure when your order has ben delivered.

Prices, payments, VAT and taxes
Prices listed include UK VAT (if applicable) and standard delivery is FREE on all UK orders.
The prices displayed in checkout and on the confirmation page and email will be those charged.
Payment options
You can pay using all major cerdit and debit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay.
VAT and Taxes
All item prices shown on bookcurl.com include UK VAT (where applicable).
UK VAT charges will be clearly displayed on the checkout pages.
All import duties and all other local taxes in non UK countries are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Returns
You can return your unread and unopened item(s) for a full refund.
Please send your return to:
Book Curl Returns Department, Swanthorpe Barn, GU10 5PY
Returns must be received back to our returns department:
- In mint undamaged condition (ideally in the original packaging).
- within 7 days of the day you received the order.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting receipt. We recommend that you use an insured tracked courier service that includes insurance, as refunds cannot be processed if the return is not received at our returns department or if it received damaged.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used for the order and can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
