Kerstin Ekman's novel Blackwater took the world by storm in 1993 and has now been translated into over twenty-five languages. They sought education and forged new relationships with immigrant black women and men, managing to establish a foundation for survival. The thirty-first annual convention of the Parapsychological Association, held in Montreal, Quebec, included over 30 original presentations representing various aspects of contemporary parapsychological thought and activity.
