Von der einstigen Klosterkirche zeugen heute nur noch wenige Reste. Aus dem ehemaligen Wirtschaftshof ist die heutige Ortschaft Paulinzella hervorgegangen. Die Ruine der romantischen Klosterkirche fuhrt immer noch die Groesse des einstigen Doppelklosters vor Augen. Einige der ehemaligen Klosterbauten wurden in spaterer Zeit uberformt oder neu uberbaut. Dies sind der Zinsboden, das an der Sudseite der Kirche angebaute Amtshaus und das im Sudwesten vor der Kirche gelegene Jagdschloss. Die Blutezeit des zur Hirsauer Reform gehoerigen Klosters wahrte nur kurz, bereits im Jahre 1534 wurde das Kloster aufgehoben. Seitdem waren die Gebaude dem allmahlichen Verfall ausgesetzt. Elles analysent et comparent aussi le vocabulaire médical au sens large attesté dans les différents types d’écrits contemporains, païens et chrétiens, littéraires et documentaires, en vue de mieux comprendre le processus de transmission et d’assimilation de la science médicale grecque par la société chrétienne des premiers siècles de notre ère. Based on the examination of the original texts, the papers endeavour to study the links between the Christian authors and the ancient Greek medical texts from an interdisciplinary approach. Particular attention is paid to the use in Christian texts of quotations from medical literature, medical notions, and specialized lexicon.
