Angeborene und erworbene Formänderungen der Gelenk­ bestandteile, Beeinträchtigungen durch Systemerkrankungen des Organismus, Entzündungen, Verletzungen, Geschwülste, Arbeitsschäden und degenerative Vorgänge sind zu nennen.
