The biography of Commune I founder Dieter Kunzelmann combines the experiences of a youth in the Franconian province with the history of the subversive avant-garde around 1960, the so-called "cultural revolution" of the sixties and the increasing radicalization and militancy of the incipient German terrorism since 1969.
