Entangled Publishing, LLC Four Weddings and a Duke
Alexander Reddington was never supposed to be the duke. He was supposed to spend his days with his beloved botany research and fulfill his life-long dream of discovering the origin of one of England’s rarest plants…and beating his botanical rival to the punch. But when his childless older brother dies, leaving the title to him, his studies are going to have to take a back seat to his duties. Which include fulfilling his brother’s promise to marry one of the Earl of Abberforth’s daughters. The last thing Miss Lavinia Wynnburn expected was being chosen as the new Duke of Beaubrooke’s wife. She’d thought that honor would have gone to her elegant eldest sister, or even her vibrant youngest sister. No one ever noticed Lavinia. Until at the biggest wedding of the season the duke walked past her sisters and asked her to dance. Now she’s his duchess and has more attention and invitations than she ever dreamed. And she knows just what she’s going to do with them. Get her studious husband out from under his books and into society. Much to his chagrin. Despite their clashing personalities and opposite outlooks on life, the newlyweds can’t seem to help falling for one another. But unexpected discoveries reveal that past choices and intentions may not have been what they seemed, threatening everything the couple has worked to build. If they can’t resolve their pasts, they’ll never have a future.

Oxford University Press Gravitational Waves: Volume 1: Theory and Experiments
The aim of this book is to become a major reference text for gravitational-wave physics, covering in detail both the experimental and the theoretical aspects. It is the only existing book on gravitational waves to date, and it will likely remain unique for its broadness and scope. It brings the reader to the forefront of present-day research, both theoretical and experimental, assuming no previous knowledge of gravitational-wave physics. Part I of Volume 1 is devoted to the theory of gravitational waves. Here we have re-derived - in a coherent way - most of the results that we present, clarifying or streamlining existing derivations. Part II of Volume 1 is devoted to a description of experimental gravitational-wave physics. We discuss in great detail existing and planned experiments, as well as data analysis techniques.

Oxford University Press A Modern Introduction to Classical Electrodynamics
A Modern Introduction to Classical Electrodynamics is suitable for undergraduate students with some background knowledge of the subject and for graduate students, while more advanced topics make it a useful resource for PhD students and researchers. The book places much emphasis on the formal structure of the theory; beginning with Maxwell's equations in the vacuum, it emphasises the central role of gauge invariance and Special Relativity. After introductory chapters which include rederivations of elementary results of electrostatics and magnetostatics, and the multipole expansion, Special Relativity is introduced, and most of the subsequent derivations are performed using covariant formalism and gauge potentials, allowing for greater conceptual and technical clarity compared to more traditional treatments. The second part of the book covers electrodynamics in material media. This includes Maxwell's equations in material media, frequency dependent response of materials and Kramers-Kronig relations, electromagnetic waves in materials, and scattering of electromagnetic radiation. Finally, the text also includes advanced topics, such as the field-theoretical treatment of classical electrodynamics as a modern treatment of radiation reaction. These parts are meant for the advanced reader and are clearly marked, and can be skipped without loss of continuity.

Trine Day The Inheritance: Poisoned Fruit of JFK's Assassination
Christopher Fulton's journey began with the death of Evelyn Lincoln, late secretary to President John F. Kennedy. Through Lincoln, crucial evidence ended up in Christopher's hands—evidence that was going to be used to facilitate a new future for America. But the U.S. government's position was clear: that evidence had to be confiscated and classified, and the truth hidden away from the public. Christopher was sent to federal prison for years under a sealed warrant and indictment. The Inheritance, Christopher's personal narrative, shares insider information from his encounters with the Russian Government, President Ronald Reagan, Donald Trump, the Clinton White House, the U.S. Justice Department, the Secret Service, and the Kennedy family themselves. It reveals the true intentions of Evelyn Lincoln and her secret promise to Robert Kennedy—and Christopher's secret promise to John F. Kennedy Jr. The Inheritance explodes with history-changing information and answers the questions Americans are still asking, while pulling them through a gauntlet of some of the worst prisons this country has to offer. This book thrillingly exposes the reality of American power, and sheds light on the dark corners of current corruption within the executive branch and the justice and prison systems.

Association for Supervision & Curriculum Development The Instructional Playbook: The Missing Link for Translating Research into Practice
In schools, every day is ""game day."" Every day, teachers need the best resources and forms of support because students deserve the best we as educators can offer. An instructional playbook aims to serve as that kind of support: a tool that coaches can use to help teachers match specific learning goals with the right research-based instructional strategies.Coaches have enormous potential to help teachers learn and implement new teaching practices, but coaches will be effective only if they deeply understand the strategies they describe and their explanations are clear. The Instructional Playbook: The Missing Link for Translating Research into Practice addresses both issues head on and offers a simple and clear explanation of how to create a playbook uniquely designed to meet teachers' instructional needs. The idea of an instructional playbook has caught fire since Jim Knight described it in The Impact Cycle (2017). This book helps instructional coaches create playbooks that produce a common language about high-impact teaching strategies, deepen everyone's understanding of what instructional coaches do, and, most important, support teachers and students in classrooms.
