Description
Book SynopsisThe Imaginarium (a place devoted to the imagination) has twenty-five chambers. Young people can walk through the corridors of their mind and step into the Chamber of Boundaries, Chamber of Acceptance, Chamber of Solutions and Chamber of Power. Here, they will learn tools and techniques to help them negotiate their thoughts and feelings. The Imaginarium is a powerful resource for teens and young people, as well as for adults, to help them manage their mental health, emotional health and well-being.
Trade ReviewThe book is very visual, which is helpful. In my experience the use of films/music/books for inspiration is unique and a great way of making the learning stick (most 'self-help' books are easily forgotten). For me, the effect on my life has been profound. I keep it by my bed, regularly recommend it to others and find it inspiring and clarifying. As a therapist myself, I'm usually highly critical of books that aim to make a difference. I believe this one really delivers. Dawn Waldron Dip ION BANT
