Schofield & Sims Get Set Early Years is a comprehensive and engaging early years scheme that aims to bridge the gap between play and formal learning, helping all children to become school-ready by the end of Reception. Get Set: Writing Words develops children's ability to write simple whole words, beginning with single CVC spellings before moving on to words featuring digraphs and trigraphs, high-frequency and tricky words, and finally to captions and sentences.
