This book provides a wide range of examples from the simplest precast beam deck right through to the medium and long span concrete bridge structure. It contains the design basis for the various bridge types including the issue of shrinkage and creep. A good book to have in your library and one that you can browse through over a coffee.

This book is a very practical guide for designers containing plenty of insightful case studies. It is extremely useful not only for the early career engineers but also experienced professionals working on prestressed concrete bridges. Chapter 8, focused on curved structures, was the most interesting chapter for me to read as curved bridges are very difficult to design and construct.
