Sir John Leighton is Director-General of the National Galleries of Scotland. Jennifer Licht was Associate Curator of Painting and Sculpture at The Museum of Modern Art, New York. Maurice de Sausmarez was a painter, teacher and art historian who introduced Bridget Riley to Futurism and Colour Divisionism, and was author of the first monograph on the artist, Bridget Riley, London, 1970.
