Portsmouth: Collected Saturdays is a volume of images that show the hardship of deindustrialization, floods, and crime in Portsmouth, Ohio. Ken D. Ashton's photographs show the other side of Appalachia with its fair share of unsuccessful socio-economic undertakings.
