He has previously held teaching positions at University College London and the University of Bristol, and is the author of Corporate Governance in the Shadow of the State (2013).Martin Petrin is a Senior Lecturer at University College London, where he is also the Deputy Director of the Centre for Commercial Law. He holds an S.J.D. specializing in corporate law from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and an LL.M. from Columbia University. Martin has published widely in the area of corporate governance law.
