Chapter Six describes the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis using soft interspinous process device. Chapter Seven reviews the efficacy of tonsillectomy for rheumatic diseases. Finally, Chapter Eight summarises the available literature concerning graft pre-soaking in anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions as a method of reducing the likelihood of post-operative infections, which can lead to septic arthritis.
