Book SynopsisDr Punam Krishan is an NHS GP and media medic based in Scotland, who is passionate about using her platform to teach people more about their physical and mental health. She is one of the resident doctors on 'BBC Morning Live', as well as for BBC Radio Scotland 'Phone In Surgery'. Punam is also a contributor for the publication, The i, for which she was shortlisted for the 'British Journalism Awards' 2021 for 'Comment Journalism'. In autumn 2024, Punam will be a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing.
Verónika Cháves Morales is a self-taught illustrator from Colombia. She loves creating colourful characters and filling blank spaces with lots of things to discover.
