Book Synopsis

I read somewhere once that your memory is who you are. It's what makes you the person you are. So what if you don't have one anymore? What then Tell me that?

Martin has a problem, he can't make new memories. Since he went to the dentist more than a decade ago, every morning when he wakes up it's 2008. He's a London cabbie with The Knowledge, but he can't remember yesterday. Inspired by a true story, Timeless spends a single day in Martin's bewildering world. It's strange and unsettling for him, but his wife has the daily heartbreak of explaining just what's wrong. And the strain is beginning to show.

Written by award-winning playwright Brian Coyle, Timeless premiered at The Hen & Chickens in Islington, London, in 2018, performed by John Rayment and directed by Charlotte Peters.
