Book Synopsis

It aims to identify the reasons behind the approach toward international arbitration and the role that public policy plays in this regard. Although some previous scholarships have addressed the application of public policy exception in international arbitration, no study has provided a systematic and more in-depth analysis of the application of public policy exception as applied in the United States and Turkey.
