Frome's style of story telling is exactly the type of thing that I enjoy --- fast-paced, quick, witty dialog and smart characters who can actually manage to get themselves out of their own predicaments. I absolutely adored the other books of his that I read and this one was no exception. I've read the previous Miranda Davis book before this one, but it was a while ago and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to remember the character or the setting very well.
