Rangers in the 1980s chronicles the fortunes of the club during one of the most turbulent, transitional decades in their history. After securing the domestic Treble in season 1977/78 and narrowly missing out on winning all three trophies again in 1978/79, Rangers entered a period of several seasons in the wilderness.
