Second, numerous studies have examined the risk and success factors. Third, research has taken a keen interest in exploring capabilities, knowledge, and culture in outsourcing and offshoring. Finally, more recent studies have focused on advancements in the practice of outsourcing and offshoring following the introduction of cloud computing.
