He has offered a range of high quality mindfulness-based interventions, including psychological treatment, coaching and training for over 17 years. He works with people of all ages, couples and families who are experiencing psychological problems such as depression, anxiety and stress. He also consults to a growing number of corporate occupational health departments in the City of London, advising on employees' stress-management, wellbeing and performance.
