Book SynopsisThe Charter of Baeza on Agrarian Heritage. It is a document that emerged from the interdisciplinary work of the researchers of the PAGO Project and the participants in the Seminar "Agrarian Heritage: reasons for the cultural recognition of farming and livestock properties", organised by the International University of Andalusia at its Antonio Machado headquartes of Baeza on the 26th and 27th of October 2012. It sets out the keys to defining, enhancing, and protecting agrarian heritage properties by proposing a new type of cultural property, Agrarian Heritage. The essential constituent element of this heritage is agrarian activity, whose existence and maintenance should be a determining factor in any action to protect it.
