Book Synopsis
"Ewww!" yelled Freddy, as he skidded on some goooo. "It smells of GRANDAD'S SOCKS, GIANTS' FARTS and yuck! BEAR POO! And now look. Oh help. My wings have gotten stuck. They're welded tight together with this horrid, smelly, muck!" Freddy Firebreath is an angry dragon who is on a quest for treasure but finds himself stuck in a castle and gets mad. Very mad! Fortunately, the castle is home to two kind and brave princes, Reuben and Harrison who help Freddy deal with his anger and regain his calm. A funny and empowering mental health picture book for 2-7 year olds that skillfully incorporates breathing techniques and other ways to manage anger into a charming tale for children and adults alike. With additional adult resources included too, this book is an essential buy for anyone looking to support a child better deal with difficult emotions such as anger.

Trade Review
"This book normalises difficult feelings and weaves breathing techniques into a relatable story for young children", Dr Carolyn Edwards, Clinical Child Psychologist.
