Follicular lymphoma, also known as "nodular lymphoma", is the most common of the indolent non-Hodgkin''s lymphomas. Among several research topics on follicular lymphoma, this book includes a possible explanation of the success or failure of Rituximab, vaccination and immunotherapy and discusses the need for new and more appropriate immunotherapeutic strategies. Ovarian cancer, which remains the number one cause of death from gynaecological malignancies, is also looked at.
