I love the bright colours that adorn the cover of this book. You know you are going to smile from start to finish
looking at the beautiful designs inside. The book uses fourteen quilters from around the world and piles of
coordinated fat quarters. From this they have designed a range of modern to traditional, geometric to figurative, patchy to elegant.There are clear instruction for every quilt. How to cut, block assembly and
the quilt construction. Personally I think this book is for someone who already quilts. I'm not sure a newbie would be able to construct some of the quilts. One thing you may not realise with this book is you aren't just going to get patterns for quilts, there are also table runners.Each design is unique and you can really tell the different personalities of each of the designers. You can tailor the designs to your own choices or decor. They would make brilliant gifts as each design has such a beautiful feel and look anyone would be proud to receive one. You need to be aware that there are 13 quilt patterns in the book and 62 variations of the quilts. Not all the quilts are made up some are only graphics.
