He has worked as a civil servant, hospital storeman, market trader, Creative Writing tutor and lecturer. His first two books \u003cem\u003eArmchair Theatre\u003c\/em\u003e (1999) and \u003cem\u003eDesk with a View\u003c\/em\u003e (2008) were both published by Hearing Eye.
